Welcome to Silver Sound Entertainment. By using our website, booking our services, or engaging with our team, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline how we operate and what is expected from both parties.

Services

Silver Sound Entertainment provides professional DJ, MC, lighting, and event entertainment services, as well as complimentary photo booth services (“Services”). These Services are designed to enhance weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

Certain portions of the website may be restricted to clients who have booked Services with us. As part of our booking process, we may require you to provide personal information such as your name, address, email, phone number, wedding/event details, and payment information. This information will be maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Registration & Client Accounts

If you create an account with us (for planning tools or event management purposes), you agree that all information provided will be true, accurate, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

Payments & Fees

  • A non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to secure your event date.

  • Remaining balances are due in accordance with the timeline specified in your contract.

  • You agree to pay all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, incurred through your activity with us.

  • Payments are accepted in U.S. dollars via approved methods listed in your contract.

Any billing discrepancies must be reported within 30 days.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to your event release you from further payment obligations.

  • Cancellations within 90 days of the event may require full payment.

  • If Silver Sound Entertainment must cancel, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

Client Responsibilities

By booking Silver Sound Entertainment, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible space with adequate power for all equipment.

  • Ensure proper venue approval for music, sound, and photo booth usage.

  • Protect our staff and equipment from unsafe or extreme conditions (e.g., weather at outdoor events).

  • Ensure respectful guest behavior toward our team and equipment. Damages caused by guests will be billed to the client.

Limitations on Use

You agree to use our website and Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing material.

  • Use our Services or website to collect unauthorized data about other clients or vendors.

  • Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt our systems, website, or Services.

  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another individual when engaging with our business.

Third-Party Links & Resources

Our website may include links to third-party sites or vendors. Silver Sound Entertainment is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party resources. Any dealings with those parties are strictly between you and the third party.

Liability & Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee complete protection against viruses, cyberattacks, or technical failures. You are responsible for having your own safeguards (e.g., antivirus software, data backups).

Silver Sound Entertainment is not liable for:

  • Guest injuries or damages unrelated to our direct negligence.

  • Service interruptions caused by force majeure events (weather, power outages, pandemics, etc.).

  • Loss of data or equipment damage caused by client negligence or unsafe conditions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silver Sound Entertainment, its employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of our website or Services.

  • Violations of these Terms.

  • Misconduct by you or your guests during an event.

No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

Silver Sound Entertainment guarantees professional service but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as guest attendance, guest participation, or any particular reaction to our entertainment services. Every event is unique, and results may vary.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved under Minnesota state law.
